Wisconsin: Kicking some ass at the American Cheese Society Competition

The Journal reports on the Awards won by Wisconsin Cheesemakers at the American Cheese Society Competition in Chicago.  Among the awards was Carr Valley’s “Snow White Goat Cheddar,” which won Best In Show, beating out 1,148 other American and Canadian cheese. Carr Valley’s Cave Aged Marisa was third runner up for Best In Show.
