Anyone who has always wanted to try Sabor, Southeastern Wisconsin’s only Churrascaria, but didn’t want to spend a ton of money ($46.50 not including tax, tip and drinks) for their all-you-can-eat Full Rodizio, may want to consider visiting them for lunch. They have recently announced their new lunch specials, including a lighter fare First Course. The First Course, $9.95, offers guests an array of gourmet salads, grilled veggies, imported cheeses and appetizers. Homemade soups, warm cheese bread, fried bananas and many seasonal delicacies round out the First Course. If the aroma of fire-roasted meats is just too much to resist, Sabor is also offering an Executive Lunch, $14.95, that includes the First Course, plus three cuts of meat served, as always, directly from the skewer by skilled gauchos. The Full Rodizio (all you can eat everything) is also available for $28.50 during lunch.
The new light fare, light price lunch option is designed with the business person in mind, allowing for the guest to immediately begin eating as soon as they are seated. Sabor is located at 777 N. Water Street. Lunch hours at Sabor are 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
I am hoping to swing by for lunch within the next week or so and will follow up with a review.
