The new crack

 

Last Friday I grabbed a half pound of La Quercia’s Prosciutto Americano from V. Richard’s market in Brookfield.  Many American prosciuttos are dry or have an off-flavor.  Not this stuff.  It is the best prosciutto I have ever eaten.  It practically melts in your mouth and it is as addictive as I can only assume crack is.  The half pound almost all gone already.  You need to try this and try it now.  If you can get people like Jeffrey Steingarten and Mario Batali to sing the praises of your product you really are doing something right.  Its made in Iowa.
