I don’t wanna toot my horn, but I feel like I must. Back in October I posted about what I think the Milwaukee Public Market should do to remain a viable marketplace. Now there is a big shakeup and one of the things they are considering is allowing for more of a food court atmosphere. Hmmm….didn’t I say that four months ago? I think the tide is turning and my prediction is that by the end of summer we will have some announcement about an actual restaurant tenant as well as a couple of businesses that leave the market (my money is on the seafood place and Lakeside Meats). I think you will see a lot more places offering food. I think you will see some more stuff going on upstairs. I also think you will see more events and cooking classes as well.
