Well the holidays are finally over and I can now get back to my regular schedule, which hopefully includes updating this blog more often. In the following weeks you will find several restaurant reviews including Yokoso, Lotus, Crazy Water, and Eric’s Porterhaus. I should have part one of the Marcel Biro interview finally ready to go later this week, and I am working on a few other interviews and I have an interesting idea for this blog that I am hoping will come to fruition…and if it does, it should be really interesting.
